Self talk

SELF-TALK The conversation you have with yourself is important to analyse. People question themselves more than anyone else and we listen to ourselves more than anyone else. We have approximately 50,000 thoughts a day and each thought goes through the conscious and into the subconscious and builds what we believe to be true (current reality). We are accountable for our own thoughts. The state of our life is nothing more than a state of our minds.
